I was very excited to get more work from Feast Magazine this summer for their August issue celebrating the best food in Missouri. I shot two Springfield food trucks that were recognized: from London Calling Pasty Company and Hurts Donuts. It just so happens that the owner of the wildly successful Hurts Donuts is my old high school pal Tim Clegg. It was great reconnecting with him and learning about how his business has blown up over the past year.
